The feed is similar to a Facebook feed, E-bay and a traditional bulletin board combined. You can post in the following categories:
- Emergency: To quickly reach out with important information
- Community: To send messages and pictures.
- Events: To invite neighbours to events. You can see in the app when and where an event takes place, and you can RSVP to the event. The Apple or the Google Calendar is then automatically updated.
- Marketplace: Lets you advertise about goods or services you wish to buy, sell, rent or borrow. This enables reusage of items that would otherwise have been thrown out.
- Voting: Is used by the landlord or housing association to create polls to quickly get a picture of the resident’s opinion in a certain matter.
-Board: Used by the housing association's board for internal communication.
- Board Info: Is used by the landlord or the housing association to post more official information.
You can also comment on posts.
Under Services, you will find goods and services from local traders and service providers that can be ordered or booked through the TMPL app. Examples of these are:
- Restaurants: Here you can see the connected restaurants' menus and order food for pick-up.
- Activities: You can book a tennis court at the local tennis hall, or a spinning pass at the nearby gym.
- Supermarket: You can order your groceries from the nearest grocery store.
With sensors and other technical equipment, you can easily control your entire apartment with TMPL: lighting, locks, heating, sound system, alarm and so on can be controlled from one single place. You can control power switches and sockets, and use smart scenes (for example for how you want the lights set in the evening or when you're away from home.)
Different types of sensors and equipment can be used for monitoring or as an alarm, as they can detect motion, water leakage, smoke and opening and closing of doors and windows, and warn about this.
With TMPL's Smart Home features, you can also get a lower insurance premium.
Here you will find all documents relating to your apartment (Residence), the building (Property) and the housing association (Co-op).
Here you will find all documents relating to you own apartment. For example, there may be manuals for appliances and manuals how to take care of different types of surfaces.
Here you will find all documents relating to the building and common areas. For example, there may be maintenance instructions for the property's façade and elevators.
Here you will find all documents relating to the housing association. You might find information about rules and the board.
This category is only shown to the housing association's board members. Here, board members can upload internal documents.
This feature allows you to make an error report directly in the app by taking a picture of the problem, filling in a title and a description, and selecting a category. The error report is sent directly to the person responsible for correcting the problem. A post will also be created in the feed where you can see the status of the error report.
All residents can book resources that are available in the building or area. For example, there may be laundry rooms, a patio or guest parking spaces available. You can also post your own resources that you want to share with your neighbours. All households may not need to have their own drill or even their own car?
Common resources will be bookable at certain times, while resources posted by residents can be booked per day. For example; if you want to borrow / rent the neighbour’s bike next Saturday, you can send a request through TMPL's booking system that the neighbour needs to confirm. You then decide on a suitable time for lending and return.
Here you will find quick contact information to everyone relevant in relation to your accommodation. For example; there may be e-mail addresses and phone numbers listed for people responsible for the building, the housing association's board and the broadband provider. You will also find contact information for the TMPL Support, and you can ask questions about the app and give suggestions for improvements and new features.
The Consumption feature allows you to monitor your consumption of electricity, hot water and cold water. You can compare your consumption with previous days and months, but also with your neighbours. The TMPL app also indicates whether the consumption trend is positive, negative or neutral.
With the help of a smart lock, you can lock and unlock your front door. You can also send temporary digital keys to, for example, friends or craftsmen, to give them access to the apartment. It is always possible to lock and unlock the door with a "regular" key. You can also get a notification in the app when the front door opens.
In the Settings view you can edit the name shown the digital mailbox and the entrance display, and invite additional users.
